3 IMPORTANT NOTES :
1. The Collections, once received from all the different stations of the Diocese, have to be sent immediately to the concerned Offices
(Apostolic Nunciature or PMS Bangalore).
2. The economic year starts from 1st April until 31st March, therefore whatever amount is collected during this period has to be reflected
in the Financial report of the current year. For example : the collections done from 1st April 2009 till 31st March 2010 have to be
reflected in the 2009/2010 Financial Report.
3. All the Collections have to be indicated separately in the income and in the expenditure column of the Financial Report. If this is not
possible the Collections can be mentioned in a separate letter addressed to the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples
