Brief History
The Parish Andimadam was devided and erected as a parish from the koovathur parish on 26-8-1997.with the following substations.Patlanamkudi,Villanatham,Melnduvai,Arulanthapuram and mayavaram parish. Fr.A eyil Robert the Asst V.Ref was appointed as the new first parish of Andimadam population of its own. All came from the near by parish surrounding Andimadam.The first Settlers were five Computer familier from Thennur.
