The Chriastians lived here first prior to the canonical erecation of the Diocese this mission was canoncally erecated on 1-10-96.and the priest is Fr.M.Soosai.Since then upot this day 30-4-08,10 Priests have rendered their dedicated service.This mission has to its credit,the presbytery,church,school,convent and dispensary.This mission has 8 substations mostely occuoied by the Dalit catholics.Sunday Mass is celebrated reguraly in 3 substations in the parish church dailyu and on sundays.Once have month the rest of the substations will have mass on tuesdays.The people are just about the pouerty line and mostly illiterate people are blessed witj celebrating years.
